After being approved in the last shareholder meeting, Xesol Innovation has begun the process of changing its legal form into a public limited company which better adapts to the needs of big companies.

The process, started some time ago, was supported by the shareholders. Xesol underwent a  voluntarily audit and also passed the audit of an independent expert suggested by the commercial register.

With this, the Company takes a step further with its eagerness to transmit transparency and trust.

The corporate name of Xesol will also be modified, becoming Xesol Innovation S. A.
