Xesol Innovation, a R&D company, will be present at the next edition of Mobile World Congress in Barcelona which is one of the largest technology conferences in the world and will take place on February 25th-28th of this year.

Xesol Innovation is a company of reference in innovation, focused on the development of software and products for the smart city sector and technology that benefits society and the environment. The company works under the vision of smart and autonomous transportation that guarantees the safety within the environment that surrounds it.

Through the Smartcars project, (the development of smart vehicles and safety technology), financed by the European Commission’s Horizon 2020 program, Xesol Innovation has developed technology that can be applied to various areas of smart mobility.

Xesol Innovation was chosen for the second consecutive year by Red.es to form part of the Spanish Pavilion in the Mobile World Congress. The Spanish Ministry of Economy and Business has organized and coordinated this delegation for seven years. The main objectives are to show the world the country’s most innovative projects and to also offer the participating Spanish companies the space and services that allow for the necessary support for their internationalization, the presentation of their products and the opportunity to search for investors and build their client base.

The Spanish Pavilion will be made up of 58 companies from all around the country. This includes 19 from Cataluña, 16 from the Community of Madrid, 8 from Galicia, 5 from Andalusia, 3 from the Valencian Community, 2 from Extremadura, 2 from the Basque Country, 1 from Aragon, 1 from Asturias and 1 from Castile- La Mancha.

There will be many areas of technology present in the Spanish Pavilion such as Smart City, cybersecurity, cloud computing, e-commerce, digital marketing, etc.
