Xesol Innovation starts the transformation process as public limited Company
After being approved in the last shareholder meeting, Xesol Innovation has begun the process of changing its legal form into a public limited company which better adapts to the needs of big companies.

After being approved in the last shareholder meeting, Xesol Innovation has begun the process of changing its legal form into a public limited company which better adapts to the needs of big companies.

The technology company will participate in the technologies and solutions for industrial automation event (in Spanish “JAI” from “Jornadas sobre Tecnologías y soluciones para la Automatización Industrial”) on March 12.

The Company continues achieving its milestones and will participate in the mission to Israel that will start this Tuesday, January 30th.

The creation of subsidiary companies has recently been formalized. This decision has been motivated by several aspects derived from the growth of the group.

Early Metrics, the rating agency for innovative start-ups and SMEs, rated Xesol Innovation in November to provide transparency and to shed light on the company’s growth potential.

California becomes the new destination of the innovative company Xesol Innovation.

Xesol Innovation has been inscribed by the General Secretariat of Science and Innovation in the Registry of Innovative SMEs.
